1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 445bd platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, betting services, promotional features, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with 445bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 445bd operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at the time of placing any wager.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 445bd or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have previously had an account with 445bd that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. 445bd reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration information at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 445bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact 445bd support immediately at [email protected]. We will assist you in securing your account, but we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred prior to the notification of a security breach.

445bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (b) the Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3; (c) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; or (d) the Player's activity poses an unacceptable commercial or regulatory risk to 445bd.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

445bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and USDT (TRC-20). Additional payment methods may be made available at 445bd's discretion and will be displayed in the account deposit section at the relevant time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger an account review. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of successful processing, subject to the availability of the relevant payment network.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, which supplement these Terms.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 445bd promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering requirements as stated in their individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 445bd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within each product category and are updated periodically. It is the Player's responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing any wager.

445bd reserves the right to void any bet that is placed as a result of: (a) a software or pricing error; (b) incorrect or incomplete market information; (c) match-fixing or manipulation of a sporting event; or (d) any other circumstance in which the integrity of the market cannot reasonably be maintained. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

For live sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international football — 445bd endeavours to maintain accurate real-time odds. However, the company accepts no liability for delays in odds updates resulting from third-party data feed interruptions. Bets accepted during an odds error will be settled at the corrected odds if the error is identified within a reasonable timeframe.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. 445bd reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion, particularly in circumstances where unusual betting patterns are identified.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 445bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false or third-party identity information to circumvent account restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 445bd immediately.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes other than through the official 445bd dispute resolution process.
• Providing false information during the account registration or verification process.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 445bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 445bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of 445bd.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Their inclusion on the 445bd Platform is governed by separate licensing agreements and does not grant Players any rights over such content.

10 Limitation of Liability
